MultiCare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Deaconess Hospital Float Pool. This position is based at Deaconess Hospital and is a 0.9 FTE full-time role, working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The schedule follows a self-scheduling model, with some weekends required. Pay & Benefits

Starting pay from $20.56/hour (based on licensed experience)
$5,000 sign-on bonus with a 24-month commitment (requires 1+ year licensed CNA experience)
Weekend and shift differentials

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic patient care with a customer-service–focused approach
Support care delivery for patients from diverse backgrounds
Promote ethical, respectful, and holistic patient care
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families

Requirements

Current Washington State CNA license
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
1+ year experience in a medical facility or physician’s office preferred
