MultiCare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Deaconess Hospital Float Pool. This position is based at Deaconess Hospital and is a 0.9 FTE full-time role, working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The schedule follows a self-scheduling model, with some weekends required. Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay from $20.56/hour (based on licensed experience)
- $5,000 sign-on bonus with a 24-month commitment (requires 1+ year licensed CNA experience)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current Washington State CNA license
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- 1+ year experience in a medical facility or physician’s office preferred
