This is a night shift position (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 shifts per week) in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment that supports learning, mentorship, and professional growth. NICU Details
- Level II NICU
- 10-bed unit
- Patient population: Newborns 32+ weeks gestation
- Care includes: CPAP, bubble CPAP, IV lines, medications, admissions & discharges
- Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1–3
- 24/7 Neonatologist on call
- 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner on-site
- Self-scheduling

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years NICU RN experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
