Role Overview
The Assisted Living Manager (RN) oversees clinical operations and care delivery in Assisted Living and Memory Support, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and resident-centered care. This role supervises nursing staff and caregivers while managing clinical, operational, and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical care and services in Assisted Living and Memory Support
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, Caregivers, and Med Techs
- Develop and oversee resident care plans and documentation
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, nursing standards, and safety protocols
- Coordinate staffing schedules and support quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona)
- Assisted Living Manager certification (as required by state)
- Minimum 3 years of geriatric nursing experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Current CPR and AED certification
