FirstChoice, Trinity Health’s mobile staffing program, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses who want premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility. This role offers a pay range of $31.67–$65 per hour, based on experience and location, with regional and nationwide opportunities available across travel and per diem assignments. You’ll support hospitals with short- and long-term staffing needs, gain exposure to diverse clinical settings, and enjoy the consistency of working within one trusted health system.
What You’ll Do
- Float across hospital units, locations, or regions as needed
- Deliver high-quality patient care following professional nursing standards
- Practice independently within RN license and scope
- Collaborate with care teams to improve quality and patient outcomes
- Adapt quickly to new environments and clinical responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in applicable state(s)
- 18+ months experience for Med-Surg, Tele, or PCU
- 2+ years experience for Critical Care, ED, OR, Maternal Services, or Behavioral Health
- Required certifications per specialty (BLS, ACLS, PALS via AHA)
