Overview
Join Innovative Renal Care (IRC) as a Charge Nurse and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality hemodialysis care. In this position, you will lead the dialysis care team, provide day-to-day supervision, and ensure safe, compassionate, patient-centered treatment. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the team leader for the hemodialysis unit
- Supervise and guide direct patient care staff
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with dialysis standards
- Communicate professionally with patients, families, physicians, and staff
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and excellent patient experience
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 12+ months nursing experience, including 3+ months in dialysis (or per state guidelines)
- Hemodialysis experience preferred
- BLS and CPR certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
