CNY Family Care is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our family-oriented medical practice. This role is ideal for both experienced nurses and new RN graduates, as we provide hands-on, on-the-job training to help you build confidence and grow in your nursing career.
This position is available on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) and offers a day-shift schedule with flexible hours. Nurses work in a single office location with no travel required.
Pay Range: $27.00 – $36.00 per hour (based on experience)
Status: Non-Exempt
Registered Nurses at CNY Family Care are assigned to a provider-led care team and work closely with patients throughout their care journey, supporting preventive care initiatives and contributing directly to patient health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and assist with clinical treatments
- Perform telephone triage and respond to patient inquiries
- Support providers during patient visits and clinical workflows
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Place and refill prescriptions at provider direction
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Current and valid New York State RN license
- Prior experience in a medical office preferred but not required
- Strong critical-thinking and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
