This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is based in Wichita Falls, Texas, with service provided in patients’ homes throughout the surrounding areas. Flexible scheduling is offered, including day, night, and weekend shifts, allowing nurses to choose schedules that fit their availability.
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care to medically fragile children. In this role, nurses provide individualized medical care according to the physician’s plan of care while working closely with families to promote safety, comfort, and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor health status
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Coordinate care with the clinical team and communicate patient needs effectively
- Educate and support families to enhance continuity of care and outcomes
- Follow safety, quality, and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Active RN or LVN/LPN license
- New graduate nurses welcome; training provided
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
