About the Role
Mantality Health, an Agentis Longevity practice, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care focused on hormone optimization, wellness, and longevity therapies. This role involves evaluating patients, managing treatment plans, interpreting lab results, and delivering high-quality clinical care in a collaborative clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and physical exams
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Interpret lab results and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on results, therapies, and wellness goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Nurse Practitioner license
- 2–3 years of wellness or similar clinical experience
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Phlebotomy proficiency
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
