Job Details:
Provide compassionate on-call hospice nursing care to patients in homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. Responsibilities include symptom management visits, admissions, after-hours patient support, and end-of-life care during a 7 days/nights on, 7 off schedule.

Qualifications
- Active RN license (1+ year experience)
- Hospice, admissions, or on-call experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to learn EMR systems
