Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans and plans of care using sound clinical judgment
- Deliver skilled nursing care, treatments, and procedures within RN scope of practice
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home and facility settings
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Home Health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
