Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in Glassport, Pennsylvania, and nearby communities.
Since 2000, Angels of Care has supported medically fragile children and young adults nationwide with a mission rooted in Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS). We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts available.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in the home
- Follow individualized plans of care as prescribed by physicians
- Perform ongoing assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Educate families to support positive clinical outcomes
- Promote safety and quality of care through preventative initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New graduates welcome — training provided)
